Each individual may register and maintain only one 29php account. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 29php platform, including the website accessible at https://29php.net, the 29php Wallet, all gaming products, sportsbook services, promotional offers, and any related services operated by 29php ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by 29php, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or access the 29php platform.
These Terms apply in addition to any supplemental rules, bonus terms, game-specific conditions, and promotional terms that 29php may publish from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and supplemental terms, the supplemental terms shall prevail with respect to the specific subject matter to which they relate.

All services are intended exclusively for players physically located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 29php complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 29php, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines. This age restriction is a hard legal requirement and is non-negotiable.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and organizations are not permitted to hold player accounts.

- You are using your own payment methods. You must not deposit or withdraw using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
The minimum age to use 29php is 21 years. PAGCOR mandates this requirement for all online gambling platforms operating in or accessible from the Philippines. Misrepresenting your age during registration is a criminal offence under Philippine law. 29php will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 29php is required to verify your identity in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. KYC verification requires you to submit:
- A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document — acceptable documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID card, driver's license, or Philippine passport.

Account Security. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 29php will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
One Account Policy. Each person may hold only one registered account on 29php. If 29php determines that you hold multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, and balances may be withheld pending investigation. The original account in good standing may be reinstated at 29php's discretion.
Account Accuracy. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Maintaining false, outdated, or incomplete account information may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Currency. All transactions on 29php are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Amounts displayed in your 29php Wallet, game interfaces, and transaction history are all in PHP unless otherwise stated.
Deposits. The minimum deposit on 29php is ₱29.00. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Deposits are credited to your 29php Wallet in real time or within the standard processing time of the selected payment method. 29php does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified 29php account identity.
- Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully met before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
- GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed in approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
- 29php reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
Declined Transactions. If a deposit or withdrawal is declined by your payment provider, please contact your bank or e-wallet provider directly in the first instance. 29php is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or payment provider policies.
29php does not accept deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from accounts registered to other individuals may be reversed, and your 29php account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect all players from unauthorized transactions and money laundering.
29php may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome credits, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general Terms and any specific bonus terms published at the time of the offer.
Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits, free spin winnings, and promotional funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus amount being removed from your balance.
Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 29php reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonus offers from players who, in 29php's reasonable assessment, are exploiting promotional mechanics — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash without genuine gameplay risk.
Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity window will expire and cannot be reinstated. Unclaimed or expired bonuses hold no cash value.
One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per registered payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account action.
Game Outcomes. All games available on the 29php platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are mathematically independent and unpredictable. 29php does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game once a wager is placed and the game round is initiated.
Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity disruption during an active game round, 29php reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's 29php Wallet. Bets that were not properly registered in 29php's game servers due to a network interruption on the player's side are not guaranteed to be honored.
Sportsbook Bets. Bets placed on sporting events — including PBA, NBA, UFC, football, and other markets — are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to each event type. 29php reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregularities, cancellations, or corruption. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
Player Responsibility. You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund of lost wagers. Game tutorials and paytable information are available within each game interface.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 29php platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or fraudulent KYC documentation.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the 29php platform.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional mechanics through coordinated wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or any technique intended to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer environments.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tools to interact with the 29php platform in lieu of genuine human play.
- Money Laundering: Using 29php deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to conceal the origin of illicitly obtained funds. 29php is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the AMLC in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes against legitimate 29php transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider.
- Platform Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 29php systems, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities, or disrupting the platform's normal operation.
Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity through the 29php platform is a criminal offence under Philippine law. 29php maintains full transaction records and cooperates with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and law enforcement authorities. Suspicious activity will be reported without prior notice to the account holder.
All content on the 29php platform — including but not limited to the 29php brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 29php or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Your access to the 29php platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licenses in any 29php intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 29php platform without prior written permission from 29php.
Game content displayed on the 29php platform is licensed from third-party game providers. All intellectual property rights in game titles, mechanics, artwork, and audio remain the exclusive property of the respective game providers.
29php collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 29php Privacy Policy.
29php collects personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details, government ID information, payment method details, and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and service improvement.
Your data is processed in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. 29php will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 29php and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the 29php platform.
Without limiting the foregoing, 29php shall not be liable for:
- Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions beyond 29php's reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Losses caused by third-party payment processing failures, GCash or bank system outages, or telecommunications disruptions.
- Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.
- Gambling losses resulting from your use of the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and 29php does not guarantee winning outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 29php's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your 29php account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following a final identity verification check.
Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from 29php for responsible gaming reasons, you may activate self-exclusion directly from your account settings. Termination by 29php. 29php reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Engaging in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policy.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or a Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
In cases of termination due to breach of Terms, 29php reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Balances that are not forfeited following investigation will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of 29php or these Terms, you agree to first contact 29php's support team and allow a reasonable period — not less than 30 calendar days from the date of your written complaint — for 29php to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also raise the matter with PAGCOR through its official player dispute resolution process.
Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
29php reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 29php will notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the 29php website, at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the 29php platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support before the effective date of the change.
